Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 1 day before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
  • If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit
  • If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
  • If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit
  • If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit

  • Check Out: 10 am
  • RESERVATION PARTICULARS:
  • DEPOSITS PAID IN RESPECT OF RESERVATIONS MADE FOR THE EASTER WEEKEND AND ALL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE RESERVATION IS FULLY RE-LET.
  • ALL VISA, MASTER CARDS AND CHEQUES ARE ACCEPTED.
  • PLEASE NOTIFY RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL.
  • PLEASE NOTIFY RESERVATIONS IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
  • THE TARIFF QUOTED IS PER PERSON PER DAY, DINNER, BED AND BREAKFAST, UNLESS OTHERWISE STIPULATED ABOVE.
  • PLEASE NOTE NO DOGS ALLOWED & BRING YOUR FISHING LICENSE.
  • Please note that any additional persons in a Self-catering unit are charged R100 per person per day.
  • Tourism bed levy R2.00 per adult.
  • All weekend bookings include a minimum 2-night stay.
  • Rates and dates are subject to change without prior notification.
  • 30% surcharge for single supplement.
  • Airport transfers can be arranged.
